Summer Happenings

Where has the summer gone? I can't believe it is almost coming to an end. Our summer has been pretty mellow. We have been busy working away and trying to get as much beach time in as possible. Dave and I enjoy working and are liking are jobs for the most part, but I'm not going to lie, I can't wait to have some lazy days again! I have finally come to the realization that being in school is way better than working (and I was always in denial). But it's a fact! Of course they both have their ups and downs, but I cannot get as much done when I'm working than when I'm in school. When you're in school, it's so easy to get stuff done in your free time such as going on errands, visiting friends, etc. But when you're working, you have a set schedule, and you have to be there! It's just more intense in the "working world" as some may call it. Since I've been terrible about updating my blog, here's to a photo update of what we've been up to all summer long!

One of my best friend's Devri got married in Utah in the Salt Lake Temple. It was hard to leave Dave behind since he couldn't get off work, but I was so happy to be a part of her day!

First Ellen show... and hopefully not the last! I had so much fun with these girls. Kate (on the right) and I ended up dancing in front of the whole audience. It was a crack up!

23rd Birthday dinner at Bottega Louie. I have the best in-laws!

Birthday breakfast at the Cottage in Laguna with the best family. I just love them!

Met up with our good friends Matt and Courtney at LA Live. We grabbed some sushi at Katsuya- totally recommend it!

My beautiful friend Lani got married! I was obsessed with everything she had at her reception. It was so well-organized and beautiful. We had a blast!
