Paradise

It has been a really long time since I've posted a blog! Wow! I've been really busy. Right now I'm soaking up the sun in Hawaii! I'm attending BYU-Hawaii for Spring Term. I love it here...except for the mosquitos! I seriously get bit every day. They want to eat me! I've definitely had the ultimate hawaii experience so far. My roommate and I both got our phones stolen (and my camera!) and we've gone on many adventures. The weather is great though, sometimes cloudy, but it's still warm. Here are some pictures.

The Joys of School

Starting the first week of college can get pretty hectic. First, you have to go buy your textbooks which takes a long time, waiting in hour-long lines and pushing your way through hundreds of students. Second, you have to switch some classes around in order to get the perfect schedule. I have gone through all of that, and luckily it's over.

Last week I tried out for this dance team (folk dance) which is pretty random since I've never done it before. But, the 4-hour audition ended up being a lot of fun and I made the team! Yay! I was stoked because all I want to do is perform. Then last Thursday I went 80s dancing with some friends which was also a lot of fun. The drive up was crazy though because all of us were crammed into a small car. Good times! And finally, I had an awesome past weekend meeting people and going crazy. I love BYU!

Hello, College Life

I am just now beginning the best years of my life - college! I went to BYU for Summer term, which was a blast, and I am heading up on the 29th for the Fall. I can't wait. But at the same time I'm really sad to leave California and the beach behind! Fall will be a lot different, with more people and more things to do. I am pumped!
